Our Warranty

We provide a 3-year warranty on all Bubda foam furniture from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

However, please note that some exclusions apply (see below). If a repair or replacement is needed, our focus will always be on sustainability—repairing the specific part, rather than replacing the entire product, whenever possible.


Exclusions

While we stand by the quality of our products, the following are not covered under this warranty:

      Normal wear and tear: Softening of foam up to 15% from its original firmness.

      Damage from misuse or accidents: Spills, stains, or other unintended uses.

      Environmental damage: Issues caused by exposure to moisture, heat, or unsuitable conditions that result in warping, mold, or deterioration.

      Improper cleaning: Damage caused by using harsh chemicals that compromise fabric or foam integrity.

      Cosmetic issues: Minor scuffs, fabric pulls, or pilling that do not affect functionality.

      Safety zip damage: Damage to zips caused by improper use without engaging the safety catch or misuse of the zip track teeth.


Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at support@bubda.com.au.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our team will assess the claim and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Claims must be made within the warranty period. We’ll assess the condition and age of the product before offering a repair, replacement, or refund.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Returns Policy

Should you wish to return your Bubda products, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Products must be:

      In their original condition.

      Packed in the original packaging.

      Unopened, unwrapped, and uncompressed.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Returns will also be subject to the following restocking fees:

      15% restocking fee for Bubda foam furniture.

      20% restocking fee for additional extensions or accessories.

To start a return, contact us at support@bubda.com.au. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

      You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

      The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund due.

      Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
